Video of the Day: Exercise and the Brain
Today’s video is about exercise, well it’s about the brain… really the correlation between physical exercise and the brain (ya that’s much more accurate). Over on the the What I’ve Learned youtube channel there are a few quite interesting videos. The video today is about how exercising affects your brain ( hint it doesn’t hurt). Exercise is good for a multitude of reasons including; stress relief, better functioning of organs and the cardio-vascular system, burning calories and fat but the main benefit is to your brain. Exercise can help relieve the feelings of anxiety among others. Studies are showing that it is even more beneficial however to help you learn, exercising and physical movement seem to be linked with increased mental capacity.
