Look if you’re still not sugar conscious then it’s time to start, no REALLY it’s time. Refined sugar is essentially a drug and it can do some serious damage to your body and health. Once you quit sugar you won’t regret it, I haven’t and it’s been about 2.5 years now and all it’s done is help me find healthy alternatives like stevia and some great new recipes.
